Bearfish support

Help when you need it.

Tell us what happened and we’ll help you find the shortest path forward.

Contact support

Email support@bearfish.com for account, product, integration, or billing help.

To help us investigate, include:

  • Your Bearfish account email and company name.
  • A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
  • Any relevant quote, job, or customer name and the approximate time of the issue.
  • A screenshot of the error, if one is available.

Never email your password, API keys, supplier credentials, full payment-card number, bank-account details, or authentication codes.

Account access

If you cannot sign in, start with the password reset page. If you no longer have access to the email address on the account, contact support from an address associated with your company and explain the situation.

If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately and put Account security in your support email subject.

Subscriptions and billing

Organization owners and administrators can review their plan and open the secure Stripe billing portal from the Billing page in Bearfish. The portal provides access to payment methods, invoices, plan changes, renewal details, and cancellation.

For an unexpected Bearfish subscription charge, include the charge date, amount, and invoice number in your email. Do not include full card or bank details.

Quotes, deposits, and contractor services

Bearfish provides software that independent contractors use to prepare quotes, manage jobs, and collect payments. If you received a quote or payment request from a contractor, contact the contractor shown on that document about its scope, price, scheduling, cancellation, refund, or workmanship. Bearfish cannot change the contractor’s agreement or make business decisions on its behalf.
